NEWLY ELIGIBLE BENEFITS
When your employer notifies the Plan Office that you are eligible for benefits, the Plan Office mails a benefit guide to your home address with all of the information you need to enroll online. You have a limited amount of time to enroll! Click here to enroll using MemberXG.
In order to have benefits each year, active participants must complete the Annual Enrollment process online during the scheduled Annual Enrollment period. This event occurs each November. If you do not enroll during this time, you will not have health and welfare benefits for the following year. Watch your store for more information about the next Annual Enrollment.
