Medical plans have changed. Based on your hire date and months enrolled in the Plan, you may have the option to choose between Plan A or Plan B. See more information on the Plan A and Plan B options in the Payroll Deductions section below.
Eligible dependent spouses can elect to enroll in a vision, dental and life insurance only ancillary plan for an additional $5 per week if the member elects Plan A or Plan B. Members will continue to have the option to enroll in Ancillary Only Plan benefits (vision, dental, life insurance/AD&D, time loss) for $5 per week if they do not want to enroll in medical/prescription benefits, but no dependents can be added to coverage with the Ancillary Plan.

Payroll deductions will change. The rate you pay will be determined by many factors such as your status (Full Time or Part Time) hire date or years of service and what plan option and coverage level you elect.
